In this session, we will take an hour and a half to discuss your needs, your background and do some initial work. We will also take care of any paperwork in this session. The fee is £150.

EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE (1 HOUR SESSION)

Learn a quick tool for emotional regulation

This service is a favourite among many of my clients, as it is a quick way to get to the root cause of uncomfortable emotions. I will teach you these tools and work with you using them. After only a few sessions, you will become well-versed at handling emotions whenever and wherever they arise. The fee is £85 per session.

The session was excellent...it seemed to flow naturally...and it has worked well, even with me forgetting that I used to smoke! The tapping exercise (EFT) helped me in the first few days after my session. I have recommended your service to other people.
